The Bellevue Apartments are eleven newly built and comfortable apartments, situated in the most quiet part of Keramoti, Greece. For GPS-maniacs the coordinates of "Bellevue apartments are as follows:

Six of the apartments comprise two bedrooms and a living room, accommodating 4+2 sleeps. The rest of five (junior suites) comprise of a bedroom and a living room accomodating 2+2 sleeps. All their rooms are air-conditioned. The living room is furnished with a well-equipped kitchenette (a big fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, dishes, coffee and wine sets etc.), a large dining-room area, a comfortable sofa and a 37-inch satellite LCD TV set to make you feel well at home. There is also a free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi).There are two panoramic terraces, furnished with table and chairs made of exotic wood.

The quarter is very quiet, out of the way of Keramoti traffic. The apartments are at no more than 50 meters from the incredible beach and you need just to cross the street on your way there. The beach is fine and sandy. Its length is almost 10 km, while the whole population of Keramoti plus the tourists is no more than 3000-3200 people, which secures a vast space other sea resorts can only dream of. The waters are crystal clear and very shallow. The bottom of the sea is clean and sandy. The depth of the water increases slowly and gradually and one can go as far as 70-80 m in the sea without reaching the deep. There are several areas with beach bars, lounges and umbrellas, the closest one being at a distance of less than 100 m from the apartments. These areas are free for bar customers making a 2-3 EUR bill at the bar per person. In case you are an angler, do not miss this rare opportunity - bring your angling equipment – there is a lot of fish and besides no license is required.
"Bellevue Apartments" are owned and managed by a Bulgarian family that is living in a house next door. Besides Bulgarian, English, German, French and Russian languages  are also spoken  by the hosts.

In Keramoti everything is within walking distance, so the farthest you tavern, cafe or shop at a distance of not more than several hundred meters.

Only fifty meters from the apartments is the newly opened, elegant gourmet restaurant"By the waves" which in addition to the traditional Greek cuisine serves also some fine Mediterranean dishes. Located next to the beach with a large terrace, it offers special prices for the guests of “Bellevue apartments”. A 10% discount is provided also in one of the best fish tavernas in Keramoti"Glaros". In the preferred by so many Bulgarians (because of decent food, good prices and the menu in Bulgarian) taverna “By the brothers” one would be welcomed by the colorful and always smiling Yorgo. Another place worthwhile visiting is the fish taverna"Acropolis""- by the famous well hearted and smiling Agapios, who is a real magician in the kitchen (-10%). 10% discount for guests of Bellevue offer many shops (mini markets, fish and butcher shops, etc.). Several beach and snack bars, Selected bakeries, cafes and others are alo offering the a.m. discount. The newly opened office for renting bicycles, mopeds and ATV-s MotoRent also offers 10% discount for the customers of Bellevue, as it does the giant slide of “Aqua Paradise"and the only (so far) shop for Italian ice cream in Keramoti. For the lovers of dance and nightlife the opportunities in Keramoti are not that many. In the elegant discotheque Egeon (which day works as a cafe-bar) - located on the beach guests of “Bellevue” will also get 10% discount.
